We know that choosing the right fabric can be overwhelming; however, you can order up to 10 FREE swatches here, to make sure you select the best option for you! We’ll send them out within 24 hours. Swatches are a great way to test how the material looks and feels in your space.

Keep in mind that on the swatch page, you can filter by feature (liquid repellent, performance, pet-friendly, and commercial grade), color, and upholstery family.

Also, in case you were wondering, our covers are removable! 😉

I have questions about your fabrics options.

We have a few options you can explore. First, if you live nearby any of these locations, we currently have a Bondi display at Showfields NY, Showfields DC, and Ridgedale Center in Minnesota.  Also, we have the Try Before You Buy program, which you can find HERE.

In case we do not have a piece close enough to you, we also offer a Virtual Showroom, which you can visit by signing up HERE. This is the best way to see the products and talk to an expert about selecting the right pieces for your home.

We have many opportunities to save on your order. Check the top of our page to see any site-wide sales happening now. Subscribing to our emails or texts can also be rewarded with savings and offers. 

Perhaps if you are not sure yet about your fabric but want to take advantage of a sale - you can purchase and simply email us at support@insideweather.com with your order number to ensure we place your order on hold.

Yes! We can definitely help you with this. To get started, email us at support@insideweather.com with the order number of your original purchase or the email address you used. We also need the name of the item that you need, its style, and its shape. 

Please note that these parts will be custom-made just for you, so they are final sale. If you are looking for extra covers, we encourage you to order swatches here to make sure the fabric is everything you dreamed of.

Once we have all that information, we can get the ball rolling! 😀

Can I purchase extra parts or covers?

Great, we can help! Our lead time to custom-make your order is listed on every product page below the "add-to-cart" button. Ship times differ based on the type of shipment and the destination. Once we ship, it usually takes 2–12 business days to arrive at your home.

You can upgrade to white glove delivery, which includes area-of-choice delivery, assembly, and packaging removal. You can read more about this HERE. If you require us to hold your item until a certain date, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at support@insideweather.com

I have a question regarding shipping or delivery.

The Bondi Collection is the most modular sectional we have to date and because of this, there are several configurations not shown on the website. The sofa sectional is divided into seat blocks, which you will have the power to configure how you like during assembly. For more information on what I'm talking about, check out our assembly guide here. This way, you can see how it all comes together.  

Select the existing configuration that comes closer to it, and if an extra seat is needed, you can order it through our Build Your Own Section. If more arms or legs are needed, just email us at support@insideweather.com with your order number and what additional parts you need, so our team can prepare a quote for those parts.
