Can I make an exchange?Updated a year ago

An exchange will be processed the same way as a return. Please reach out to let us know that you’d like to make a return and as soon as the order is received back at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method. Your new order will be a completely separate transaction. You can go ahead and place the new order yourself or we’d be happy to help you place it.

NOTE: We do not offer returns or exchanges on our throw pillows, bolsters, floor pillows, rugs, sheet sets, decor items, custom orders, all products in our Clearance Collection and those part of the Inside Weather Reclaimed program.
